Yes. Our bouncy castles are made in Spain, professionally certified, and covered by public liability insurance.
They are cleaned before every event and installed securely by our team.

Minimum booking is 2.5 hours. Setup begins around 90 minutes before the event

We need a flat grass surface, a standard power outlet within 25 metres, and clear access to the setup area.

Please make sure there is a path approximately 1.5–2 metres wide so we can roll the castle into place.

Other surfaces may be possible depending on the castle, location, and anchoring options. If you are unsure whether your space is suitable, feel free to ask us before booking.

Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the bouncy castle.

Our bouncy castles are designed for children.

Adults are not allowed to jump, but for toddler-friendly castles, one parent may enter calmly to support a young child if needed.

We can provide a generator if arranged in advance. Generator hire is available for an additional fee.

Yes, we travel across Mallorca. Delivery is included up to 25 km from Son Castelló; outside this area, a transport supplement may apply.

Bouncy castles cannot be used in unsafe weather conditions, including strong wind or heavy rain.
